Adventist Health White Memorial to Close Pediatrics Inpatient Unit

After thoughtful consideration, our Pediatrics Inpatient Unit will close on December 31, 2025, with our last admission on December 22, 2025. This difficult decision follows several years of significantly declining pediatric volumes, a trend seen across the healthcare industry.

While this pediatric inpatient unit close, our commitment to the health and well-being of the children in our community is unwavering. Our Emergency Room will continue to treat children and is EDAP licensed and approved to receive children from 911 calls. We are NOT closing Labor & Delivery, the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), or any of our maternity services. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
