Adventist Health Tillamook Welcomes Jill Waters, MBA, PhD, as Director of Business Development

Adventist Health Tillamook is proud to announce the appointment of Jill Waters, MBA, PhD, as the new Director of Business Development. Jill brings over two decades of experience in healthcare and a strong background in strategic planning, process improvement and innovation to the role.

Jill joins us from her recent role as System Director of Process Excellence at Kettering Health in Ohio. Her extensive career includes 13 years with Adventist Health, where she contributed to various locations including St. Helena, Ukiah, Howard, Central Valley Network, Bakersfield, and Roseville. Jill's proven track record in healthcare operations will be instrumental as we continue to expand our services and meet the evolving needs of the Tillamook community.

Jill holds a PhD in Clinical Christian Psychology from Cornerstone University and an MBA with an emphasis in Strategy from Western Governors University. Her focus in her new role will be to work closely with our team to foster growth, build partnerships, and align business development efforts with our mission of providing compassionate, whole-person care.
