ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk
Join the Adventist Health & Rideout team
Take steps toward a future free from prostate cancer by joining the Adventist Health and Rideout team at the local ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk, held in Sacramento, CA on Sunday, September 27. This inspiring national event brings together survivors, caregivers, families, healthcare providers, and supporters to raise awareness that helps save lives.
Run/Walk Distance: 5K Mile Run/Walk
Every participant helps advance early detection, improve access to care, support patients and families, and accelerate efforts to defeat prostate cancer. Whether you walk or run, your involvement makes a meaningful difference.
Day-of-event schedule:
- 7:30 a.m. - Registration Opens
- 7:30 a.m. - Sponsor Village Opens
- 8:25 a.m. - Survivor/Patient Photo
- 8:30 a.m. - Opening Ceremony
- Run/Walk Starts Immediately following Opening Ceremonies

Join the Adventist Health and Rideout team
Prostate cancer is the 3rd most diagnosed cancer at Adventist Health and Rideout Cancer Care Center. We are thankful to ZERO Prostate Cancer for their support of free screening initiatives at Rideout and, as part of our efforts to expand awareness around prostate cancer and provide support and encouragement for our patients and their families, we are hosting a team to participate in the ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk event on September 27.
While our team registrants can choose to fundraise as part of the experience, registration is free and fundraising is not required to participate.
All registered Adventist Health and Rideout team members will receive a team T-shirt for the event. Registration must be completed by September 23 to receive the Adventist Health shirt. Register today to help increase awareness and save lives!
