Our associates are the heart and soul of our organization — and we can only live God’s love in our communities because of your amazing work. Our Associate Giving Program offers team members the opportunity to extend healing in an area that is close to their heart.

Choose what your gift supports

Joining the Associate Giving Program makes you a partner with Adventist Health and Rideout to financially assist individuals with urgent needs, expand facilities, and provide state-of-the-art medical services. Choose what your gift supports:

Area of greatest need

The foundation unrestricted fund provides flexibility to meet the evolving healthcare needs of our community by enabling the foundation board to proactively identify areas where donors like you can make the most impact on the well-being of our community.

Associate emergency assistance

When the unexpected happens, Rideout associates are there for our patients, but we're also there for each other. The Associate Emergency Assistance Fund makes grants to associates during periods of catastrophic loss or illness.

Cardiac care and catheterization lab expansion

Adventist Health and Rideout is in the midst of an unprecedented modernization and expansion of our cardiac catheterization (cath) labs, as part of our broader efforts to be the best source of cardiac care in our region. Your support helps ensure patients in our area have access to the very best technology.

The Hour Club

Make an impact, one hour at a time

Join fellow Adventist Health and Rideout associates who go above and beyond through The Hour Club. By donating the equivalent of one hour of pay per pay period — or a one-time gift of the same amount per year — you make a lasting difference for your patients, your colleagues, and your Yuba-Sutter community.
