Surgery registration
Surgery registrations are handled by our admitting department. Patients scheduled in advance for a procedure or surgery may be contacted by our pre-registration team by phone. If there are questions or concerns, the team can be contacted at 800-593-1551.
Our admitting department is located on the first floor of the hospital. They are available to assist you Monday to Friday from 5:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Direct admissions
Direct admissions are processed at our 24/7 Transfer Center at Adventist Health White Memorial in Los Angeles. The center can be contacted at 833-468-6238.
Patient assistance and resolving concerns
We are committed to providing excellent care. If you feel we aren’t delivering on this commitment, please speak to any staff member. A unit or department supervisor can also assist you.
