Adventist Health Is Expanding Services on the Ridge

Caring for our community is important to us, and we are focused on continuing to meet the changing needs of Ridge residents, with enhancing or expanding services where possible. We are pleased to announce some changes that are happening to improve your access to care, right here on the Ridge.
Imaging services
In late October, we combined all imaging services in Butte Couty into one convenient location, located in the Feather River Health Center at 5125 Skyway. This encompasses our x-ray services, mammography screenings, bone density screenings (DEXA Scan), ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) all within one building. This consolidation supports efficiency in staffing and enables us to offer more convenience for procedure scheduling, reducing potential confusion regarding location.
Laboratory services
On December 8, we will add a new laboratory services location in Paradise at 6283 Clark Road, Suite 5. This alternate location for blood draws and specimen collection will help to alleviate the overcrowded waiting room at the laboratory department within the Feather River Health Center. This new location will be open weekdays with specific hours of operation identified once the location is operational.
With these changes in service location for both imaging and laboratory services, we will no longer offer these services in Chico, once again focusing our efforts on providing important services to the Ridge community.
