We're here to help you get prepared for delivery. We have partnered with Injoy Health Education to provide you with an engaging online childbirth education program. Our "Understanding Birth eClass" will equip you with birthing techniques so you'll be ready when the big day comes. Our class includes engaging videos, animation, quizzes and follow-along exercises and games. It is available 24 hours a day on any device with an internet connection, and you'll have access to our online material for eight weeks after registration.

Our number-one priority is the safety of you and your baby. If you ever have a question or concern regarding our COVID practices, please speak with your physician, nurse, or other care provider.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has prepared an excellent resource for COVID safety during pregnancy and with your newborn. Your care provider will also give you information, tips and guidance to help you stay COVID-safe.
