Home Health Services
At Adventist Health Simi Valley, we believe that there is no better place for healing and recovery than in the comfort of one’s own home. Our Adventist Home Health Care services are designed to facilitate the transition from hospital to home through skilled, professional care that is fully tailored to suit the unique needs of each individual patient. We make regular in-home visits to provide education and service until the patient or their caregiver feels confident in taking over any ongoing needs for care.
Although our Home Care program does not offer personal care services like meal preparation, house cleaning or shopping assistance, we may be able to refer patients to reputable personal care firms as part of an overall assessment of their needs.
