The Adventist Health Home Care Services program delivers quality care to patients where they feel most comfortable—in their own homes. Services are available to homebound patients living within a 30-mile radius of Lodi, who are in need of intermittent to regular skilled care and have been referred to home health care by a physician.
Our capable, professional team will customize the services offered to suit the unique needs of every patient, whether it is for illness, injury or disability. We work together with patients, families and physicians to develop an effective plan of care that maximizes the benefits that home health service provides.
