Patient Portal


As of March 1, 2023, we have aligned our patient portal resources. Your new test results, secure messages with your provider and upcoming appointments will be hosted in the MyAdventistHealth patient portal. You will need to create a new account if you have not done so already to access these features. If you have already seen an Adventist Health provider, your provider’s office can send you an invitation to enroll in the patient portal or you may self-enroll. Learn more.


For services on or before February 28, 2023, your test results and secure messages with your provider can be found by accessing the patient portal for Adventist Health Tulare.
