Compiled every three years, the Community Needs Assessment (CHNA) is Adventist Health’s principal research tool for developing our organization’s strategic plans, community benefit plans and other planning documents.

In 2022, Adventist Health provided:

  • $25.5 million in community health improvement

  • Education Research
  • $28.8 million in education and research

  • Aid To Poor
  • $287.9 million in aid to the poor

  • Aid To Elderly
  • $442.2 million in aid to the elderly

  • Subsidized Community Care
  • $183.6 million subsidized community healthcare

  • Total
  • $1.036 billion total
