Adventist Health Howard Memorial Ranked One of the Cleanest Hospitals in the U.S.

We’re thrilled to announce that Adventist Health Howard Memorial hospital has been rated one of the cleanest hospitals in the United States and is one of only 15 hospitals in California to receive this distinction. Becker's compiled this list based on hospitals that earned a 5-star rating for cleanliness from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This rating is derived from CMS’s Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys, which evaluate patient experiences during their inpatient stays. These surveys provide a national, standardized assessment of hospital care, focusing on cleanliness and overall patient satisfaction. We are incredibly proud and grateful for the outstanding work our team does to ensure the safety and cleanliness of every part of our hospital.
