Childbirth Education (4-sessions)

Are you expecting? Join us for a free comprehensive, four-part education course designed to equip you with essential knowledge and skills for the birthing journey.

Participants can expect to gain an understanding of the different stages of labor and delivery, coping techniques, postpartum and newborn care, and breastfeeding. Enjoy light refreshments and a tour of our birthing center. Live birth videos will be used.

No separate registration necessary for support person.
