Accessing your health information
Log in for hospital-based care
My Health Rec continues to be the patient portal for accessing your health information online, safely and securely, for any care you receive at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center or Twin Cities Community Hospital. If you have an existing patient portal account, you may log in as you always have.
With My Health Rec, you can:
- Privately view some pathology, radiology and lab results online
- Access health records such as immunizations, medications and allergies
- View hospital records such as discharge summaries and notes about procedures, progress and consultations (including wound care, PT/OT/SLP, dietary, etc.)
- Download health records (history and physical) to easily share with doctors

The patient portal can be accessed on any browser and any device with internet. The patient portal is also available as an app, or you can access your medical records through iPhones Health app.

The Adventist Health Medical Group clinics formerly known as Tenet Health Central Coast Primary & Specialty Care remain dedicated to providing exceptional service. That includes how you access your health information and interact with your care team.
The AthenaOne patient portal allows you to view statements and pay online, securely message your provider, find the results of lab tests and schedule appointments.
For care provided by Tenet Health Central Coast Primary & Specialty Care through March 28, 2024, log in to the Tenet Health AthenaOne patient portal.
