Leadership Residency Program

The Leadership Residency Program is a two-year, rotational leadership development program designed for college graduates. The program brings together mission-aligned, high potential talent from universities to develop and grow an internal talent pipeline of future leaders.

Program details and qualifications

Leadership residents engage in both system and market activities designed to provide broad learning experiences that will challenge and equip them to be capable leaders. Through the program, residents will develop subject matter expertise while gaining mentorship, leadership exposure, and professional development experience in finance, human resources, operations, or mission.

• October – November: Application open and on-campus recruitment and interviews begin
• November 31: Application deadline
• December: Selection of residents
• August: Residents begin program
