Adventist Health St. Helena - Mobile Health Program

The mission of Adventist Health St. Helena’s Mobile Health Unit is to make healthcare accessible to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay or have insurance. Adventist Health St. Helena is deeply rooted in our commitment to measurably and sustainably improve community well-being and care for our most vulnerable population. The unit is custom built to accommodate various forms of health screening, consultation and education, including:

Blood pressure
Blood Sugar
Bone density
Cholesterol
Disaster and crisis response
Infectious disease screening
Ultrasound screening for vascular diseases
Vaccine administration

Our bilingual Community Health Nurse Educator will work closely with each participant to provide appropriate patient education and serve as a link for patients to a medical care system through referrals and collaboration with area providers.
