Our approach to behavioral health includes the whole person, focusing not just on mental health but the many factors contributing to mental health problems as well.

Treatment for behavioral health issues can help you find courage and confidence to take on life with health and happiness. We offer treatment for substance abuse, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, family and couples counseling, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more.

Live Well Program behavioral medicine

The Live Well Program behavioral medicine team is focused on improving quality of life for patients experiencing chronic conditions. Our team of professionals has dedicated itself to working closely with patients to provide compassionate and professional care designed to meet the needs of our community. Outpatient services are offered with the goal of true healing — mental, physical and spiritual.

Our well-rounded provider team comes to Live Well with years of experience treating a variety of behavioral health conditions. Some providers work primarily via virtual care, a secure video conferencing technology that brings a specialist face-to-face with patients through a large flat-screen television. Our team includes professionals with different training and specialties:

  • Psychiatrist
  • Psychologists
  • Licensed clinical social workers (LCSW)
  • Family nurse practitioner, board certified (FNP-BC)
  • Psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP)

Patients are invited to visit Live Well’s welcoming behavioral health suite for outpatient evaluation and treatment.
