Dr. Ma seems very competent. She has a "presence" I appreciate.

Dr Ma was very caring and concerned. I was establishing care. I definitely look forward to coming back. If it concerned me it concerned her. She explained answers to my questions. Very calm and patient.

I wasn't heard. I tried to explain my plan with the dr I was seeing and ignored. I feel as though I was rushed out to get to the next person

Doctor Ma was very thorough in addressing my concerns while also allowing me advocation for myself. The whole process was pleasant and I'm happy having her as my primary provider

Dr. Ma is an amazing and caring provider. The way she takes her time and listens to what the patient has to say is incredible.

Dr. Ma was delightful in presentation, in making me feel I was seen as a person, in being concerned with my responses to her questions. As this was an "establish care" appt., there was not enough time to actually establish a relationship, although the promise was there. The only critique I have, and it's minor because it was time related, was that when I shared my aversion to "exercise for exercise's sake" she had a hard time getting out of her agenda. Unfortunately the appointment ended abruptly as she was looking for a way to respond to my statement when someone cracked the door and told her she had a patient waiting. This flustered her a bit. Overall I hope that Dr. Ma stays at Adventist and I have the opportunity to continue to work with her.

This was a first time visit with my new general doctor, and I was very impressed with her, Dr. Ma. She really took the time to go over my history, my complaints, and to logically try to figure out what could be going on with me. I came in, feeling depressed and hopeless And I left feeling better and hopeful

She was very pleasant. She gave me 100% of her attention. Very explanatory and thorough. I was very happy with her service. I would definitely recommend her.
