Adventist Health has a long tradition of partnering with providers, patients and communities to transform health and create brighter, more hopeful futures. Through our Care Network, we extend this legacy of patient-first healthcare through our partnership with independent physicians in the Glendale and Los Angeles Areas. We look forward to expanding the Care network to include physicians in the Simi Valley area in mid-2023
About Us
Adventist Health Care Network, Inc. (AHCN), was formed in 2011, serves the communities of East Los Angeles, Glendale and their surrounding areas. Several hundred physicians and other healthcare professionals work together to provide healthcare services to the community.
AHCN is wholly owned and operated by Adventist Health Systems/West, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system dedicated to health, wholeness and hope throughout the West Coast and Hawaii. AHCN is also affiliated with Adventist Health Glendale and Adventist Health White Memorial, working closely with these hospitals to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time at the right place.
AHCN and its providers focus on preventive care and quality initiatives with the goal of keeping people well. Patients under AHCN’s care have access to Adventist Health well-being resources designed to help them life their best life. Decisions at AHCN are made by healthcare providers at the helm and are based solely on the patient’s well-being.
Adventist Health Care Network, Inc. looks forward to expanding its service area to the Simi Valley region in 2023. We invite interested providers to learn more about how joining AHCN could improve their ability to serve their patients.
