Educational resources and community for new and expectant parents — without leaving your home. Our classes are now offered online. Many of our classes are available in both English and Spanish.
Breastfeeding Class
Breastfeeding is the best feeding for your baby! Learn how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk, normal newborn feeding behaviors, correct positioning and latch and so much more. This class is a live virtual class with a presentation by one of our International Board Certified Lactation Consultants. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the class. This class is offered in both English and Spanish.

Breastfeeding/Lactation Clinic
Our Lactation Clinic is for our breastfeeding mothers before delivery and after discharge from our hospital. You will be seen by one of our bilingual (Spanish/English) International Board Certified Lactation Consultants. You can also call the Lactation Clinic for telephone advice if you are unable to come to the clinic.
Childbirth Class Series
This class meets weekly for 3 weeks. This class will teach you everything you need to know about labor, birth and your hospital stay. Our live online class is presented by a Certified Childbirth Educator. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the class or at the end of each session. This class is available only in English at this time.

We Care, Baby Care Class
This class covers how to care for your new precious baby. Topics include basic newborn care, diapering, bathing, dressing, feeding, crib safety and household safety. This class is available only in English at this time.

Maternity Q&A Sessions
Learn more about the maternity experience at Adventist Health White Memorial. Due to increased safety precautions, our maternity tour hosts are conducting online Q&A sessions as a way for you to get to know us and what our hospital has to offer.
