Cardiac rehabilitation
The cardiac rehabilitation program is a six to 12-week outpatient program of monitored exercise. Ours is a medically supervised program to help heart patients recover more quickly and improve their overall physical and mental functioning. The goal is to keep an already-present heart condition from worsening, as well as to improve quality of life.

Staff
Our staff includes a registered nurse (RN) trained in telemetry and advanced life support and who has extensive experience working with patients with cardiac problems.
The Adventist Health White Memorial cardiac rehabilitation program is certified by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). Such an achievement represents our high-quality standard of patient care.
Upper extremity program
The upper extremity rehabilitation program is a medically supervised program that includes treatment of very complex hand and upper extremity problems as well as the common sprain, strain and pain, all from the wound-healing stage and edema control through the strengthening and scar remodeling phase.

Aquatics
Therapist-supervised pool therapy is available for patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions such as stroke, joint replacements, spine surgery and arthritis to name a few.
Exercises are carried out in a heated therapeutic pool. Dressing rooms and showers are available adjacent the pool.
