What To Do If You Have A Concern

If you have a question or concern regarding the care you receive or the services rendered, please contact your nurse or physician. For non-medical issues, contact the appropriate department manager. If the concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a formal complaint by calling the Customer Loyalty Department at (323) 268-5000 x4367. If your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, you have the right to send a written complaint to:

If a patient or family member has concerns about patient care and safety at WMMC that cannot be resolved through the organizational leaders, then the WMMC leadership encourages the patient/family and/or others to contact the Joint Commission directly:
