  • Personal Accomplishments: First, living in the Ecuadorian and Costa Rican rainforests for two months while studying tropical ecology and ornithology. Adapting to no electricity, hot water or contact with the outside world was truly a rewarding experience. The trip emphasized the importance of preserving our natural resources and minimizing the human impact on these ecosystems. Secondly, creating a two-week elective Ob/Gyn Boot Camp at Wright State for 4th year medical students recently matched in OB to help prepare students for intern year.
