Randy Dodd, President

Randy Dodd, PresidentAdventist Health in the Central Valley named Randy Dodd president of Tulare Regional Medical Center. The position was created to support the growth of Adventist Health’s mission in Tulare and the Central Valley region.

Dodd, who has 14 years of executive experience, was previously vice president of business development for Adventist Health in the Central Valley and had been serving as the interim executive to reopen the hospital. He led the team through a rapid reopening phase that included major renovations, equipment upgrades and the onboarding of nearly 300 team members in just over three months.

Dodd is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, in business economics, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’s top professional society for healthcare leaders. He is a lifelong resident of California.

He and his wife, Toni, have five children, all boys, and three grandchildren, all of whom are local to the area.



Angie Graziano, Associate Chief Nursing Officer

Angie Graziano, Associate Chief Nursing Officer Angie Graziano started her nursing career at Tulare Regional Medical Center fresh out of nursing school and rose through the ranks to become the Associate Chief Nursing Officer when Adventist Health reopened the hospital in 2018.

She began her nursing studies at College of the Sequoias and went on to earn bachelor’s and master’s nursing degrees from Walden University. Over her 30-year career she has gained expertise in pediatrics, medical/surgical, emergency medicine and oncology.

She says she was inspired to become a nurse by the excellent care her daughter received as a toddler at TRMC. She says she enjoys mentoring young nurses and students as well as interacting with patients and their families.

Angie is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Nurses Association and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.



Charlene Dawson, Director, Nursing

Charlene Dawson, Director, Nursing Charlene Dawson started her career at Tulare Regional Medical Center as a student intern and has spent the last 12 years at TRMC. She is now the Director of Nursing for the hospital with Adventist Health.

She attended College of the Sequoias and earned a bachelor of nursing degree from Walden University where she graduated summa cum laude.

She decided to pursue nursing after having a critically ill infant. The care her child received inspired her to become a nurse so that she could provide the same care and comfort to other patients and their families.

Charlene’s areas of expertise include medical/surgical nursing, obstetrics and medical documentation improvement. She is a member of the American Nurses Association.
