Adventist Health Tillamook - Prices and Insurance Accepted

Adventist Health Urgent Care accepts most health insurance plans. We are also happy to provide service on a cash basis, with office visit fees collected at the time of your visit.

Self-pay prices

The estimated cost for a provider visit can range from $42–$110 for established patients and $73–$168 for new patients. This estimate does not include any additional services you may have during your visit like X-rays, labs or vaccinations. We expect to collect an estimation of the most likely charge, $110 at time of service for new patient or $75 at time of service for established patients. Collection at time of service is only an estimate. If your visit is less than the collected amount we will refund the difference.

Health insurance accepted

We accept most health insurance plans. If you do not see your insurance listed below, please call the respective medical office to verify coverage. We also see patients with workers’ compensation claims. If you have a work-related injury, you must come into the clinic within 30 days of the date of your injury to be covered by workers’ compensation.
