Sonja Bradburn MS OTR/LSonja Bradburn MS OTR/L

Sonja has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist since 1984, having graduated from Loma Linda University, then Tufts University. She sees patients throughout the lifespan, with a special focus on pediatrics. Another specialty area is treating the painful or difficult shoulder in order to restore function and maximize the quality of life. Leisure includes, hiking, tandem biking and reading.


Shannon Lyons OTR/LShannon Lyons OTR/L

Shannon was raised in Tillamook County and graduated with a bachelors from Western Oregon University and a masters in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University. Her work experiences include occupational therapy in an inpatient setting, as well as home health. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family.


Tim Patching OTCTim Patching OTC

Tim is a native Oregonian and has lived in the Tillamook area for over 20 years. He graduated with his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Pacific University, and is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists. His special areas of interest are splinting, adaptive technology as well as mental health. Related work experiences include: athletic trainer, special educator, and inventor of assistive devices for greater independence. Tim’s previous work in construction also allows him to recommend modifications to homes so that people can successfully age in place. Hobbies include triathlons, hiking, and reading. Spending time outdoors with wife and 6 children is his favorite activity.


Erin Christensen COTAErin Christensen COTA/L

Erin Christensen grew up in Tillamook County and completed her Associates degree in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Mount Hood Community College in Gresham. She graduated in 2000 and enjoys treating upper extremity orthopedic injuries and pediatrics. Outside of work, Erin enjoys being outside, hunting, fishing and camping with family and friends.


Mary Daugherty COTA/L

Mary has been a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 1998 having worked in a variety of setting from Skilled Nursing to pediatrics in the schools. Mary graduated from The American Institute of Health Technology in Boise, Idaho where she called home for twenty one years prior to moving to the Oregon coast in March of 2015. She enjoys spending time with any of her five sons, walking on the beach with husband and dog, camping and carving wood. She is currently a Level 1 Fire fighter and serves as a volunteer on the Rockaway Beach Fire and Rescue Department.


Julie Woodruff COTA/L

Julie attended the Medical College of Georgia where she received an Associate Degree of Occupational Therapy Assistant in 1993. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, nursing homes, outpatient clinics and hospitals. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends in the outdoors.
