The Complete Health Improvement Program provides you with information on how to reduce disease risk factors as well as how to adopt healthy choices in your everyday life.

Program goals:

  • Lower high blood pressure
  • Enhance daily exercise
  • Improve dietary choices
  • Eliminate smoking

The CHIP Supper Club offers a monthly get together where people can come have a good time and support each other through a healthy lifestyle.
