Patient Portals

Adventist Health is continually seeking ways to improve the care and service we provide to the communities we serve. This is why we have decided to change the electronic health record (EHR) platform used in our clinics to the same platform used by our local hospital. This also means we will be moving to the same patient portal platform that our hospital utilizes.

New patient portal: MyAdventistHealth

Starting September 15, 2020, any new health information about you will be captured in our new EHR and not added to the MyChart patient portal.

We encourage all our patients to create a personal account on MyAdventistHealth. Starting September 15, you will be able to use MyAdventistHealth to email your clinic provider, view any new lab or imaging test results, any new doctor notes and new appointments. My Adventist Health will also be the platform we use for virtual visits starting September 15.
