Our online health portals provide you secure access to your personal health records and test results - anywhere you have Internet access.

  • Access health records such as lab and test results, immunizations, medications and allergies
  • Receive reminders and discharge instructions

Enrollment in our patient portals takes place during the registration process. If you would like to register, you may do so at your next visit to Tillamook Regional Medical Center or your Adventist Health Medical Group provider visit.

Use MyAdventistHealth

Please register for MyAdventistHealth on your visit to Tillamook Regional Medical Center:

  • If you have been a patient at Tillamook Regional Medical Center
  • If you have had lab tests performed at Tillamook Regional Medical Center

With MyAdventistHealth you will be able to:

  • Review most laboratory results from recent medical center visits including the Emergency Center
  • Access portions of your medical center health records in one place, such as procedures, lab results, immunizations, medications and allergies
  • Review discharge instructions
  • Read summaries of your visit

Please contact your provider's office to register for MyChart:

  • If you have had primary care or specialty care services at Adventist Health Medical Group clinics
  • If you have had lab or imaging tests performed at an Adventist Health Medical Group location

With MyChart you will be able to:

  • Review and update allergies
  • View upcoming appointments
  • View after-visit summaries

MyChart phone support is available 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PST) Monday through Friday by calling (503) 815-2472. The support center handles password resets, customer questions and new user assistance.
