Health Plan Benefits

Medical/Prescription Plan
As part of the employee benefits program, TRMC offers a comprehensive medical plan to provide coverage for employees and their eligible dependents.

Dental Plan
Our dental plan is offered through Adventist Health Claims Central. Coverage is provided for preventative services, basic and major services as well as orthodontic services.

Vision Plan
Our vision plan is offered through Adventist Health Claims Central. Coverage is provided for eye exams, prescription eyewear and contact lenses.

Retirement/Saving Benefits

403(b) Retirement Plan

  • TRMC Matching Plan - You have the choice to contribute to a 403(b) plan or a Roth 403(b) plan and TRMC will match 50% of the first 4% that you contribute to your AHRP Retirement Account.
  • TRMC Basic Contribution Plan - TRMC will contribute 3% of your total annual wages to your AHRP Retirement Account.

Zahorik Financial Services
Zahorik is a financial services company and is available to TRMC employees to help with other investments needs such as setting up college savings accounts for your children, opening an IRA for a spouse or other needs.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees are provided the opportunity to save pre-tax money through Flexible Spending accounts for eligible medical, orthodontia, and day care expenses.

Credit Union
TLC Federal Credit Union offers TRMC employees various financial services. Payroll deductions may be used by employees to fund savings accounts and to make loan payments.

Insurance Plans

Life Insurance
TRMC paid group coverage of $10,000 to $50,000 (increases based on years of service). Coverage is for employee only. Additional voluntary coverage may be purchased to increase the benefit and cover spouse and eligible dependents.

Additional Benefits

Paid Time Off
As an employee you will accrue paid leave and extended illness hours for vacation, holidays, short-term and long-term illness.

Education Assistance
TRMC recognizes that employees may require additional education in order to meet job-related skills requirements, to better position themselves for future advancement or the hospital may wish to encourage employees to develop additional professional skills. Education assistance is provided for professional certifications as well as college and graduate level degrees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
When an employee is experiencing a difficult situation, TRMC offers a counseling and referral service.

At TRMC, employees enjoy free parking with ample space for its employees.

Social Events
TRMC enjoys letting its employees know that they are appreciated. At various times of the year, social events are planned for TRMC employees.
