Patient and Family Advisory Council

Adventist Health St. Helena wants your help. We're looking for 6 to 12 community members to serve on a new Patient and Family Advisory Council. If you or someone in your family has been a patient at the Medical Center during the last 12 months, you may be just who we're looking for! As an advisor, you can help shape patient care by sharing your experiences with medical center staff. You'll offer your viewpoint on topics like:

• Customer service and patient care

• The activities and programs we offer

• How we work with health plans

• Opportunities for new services

What is the Patient and Family Advisory Council?

The Patient and Family Advisory Council is a partnership of patient and family member advisors and Adventist Health representatives who are dedicated to advancing patient- and family-centered health care. The council will meet during a catered lunch once per quarter.

The Patient and Family Advisory Council provides an opportunity for individuals outside the organization to give us their valuable feedback from their unique perspectives. Adventist Health St Helena staff members are not eligible to join.

Your voice can help improve the quality and safety of the care we provide. To apply, please fill out the form below or call (707) 963-4852 for more information.
