Below is a general overview of our physician recruitment process. This process may vary depending on the group or practice setup you are considering. Adventist Health is actively recruiting physicians to the West Coast year round. Please email our team at phyjobs@ah.org to apply or to request additional information.

Overview of process:

• Let us know what position interests you and upload your CV
• Your CV and message are reviewed by the Physician Recruitment team.
• A member from our team will email and/or call you to follow up on your interest and next steps.
• Our team will coordinate a phone interview with the recruitment lead for the physician group involved.
• At this point, if there is a continued mutual interest we will invite you out for a site visit.
• After your site visit, your recruitment contact will work with you on the next steps.
