About the Medical Center

exterior of Tillamook Regional Medical Center Tillamook Regional Medical Center (TRMC), formerly Tillamook County General Hospital, is a 25-bed Critical Access Medical Center located in Tillamook, a rural community on the Northern Oregon coast. TRMC's services 24-hour ambulance and emergency services, clinical outpatient therapy services, imaging, laboratory, medical and surgical services, intensive care, obstetrics, rehabilitation and three rural health medical offices. In 2014, TRMC was named as The Joint Commission Top Performer on Key Quality Measures for pneumonia and surgical care. In addition, the medical center was awarded 12 national Excellence in Healthcare Awards from Professional Research Consultants. TRMC also expanded surgical services to include full time orthopedics, ENT, and urology.

In 2016, TRMC had 2,061 admissions, 183 deliveries, 10,316 emergency visits and 62,200 outpatient visits. The medical center is staffed by more than 60 physicians, 394 employees and 100 volunteers.
