Adventist Health Tillamook is a 25-bed Critical Access Medical Center located in Tillamook, a rural community on the Northern Oregon coast. Adventist Health Tillamook offers 24-hour ambulance and emergency services, clinical outpatient therapy services, imaging, laboratory, medical and surgical services, intensive care, obstetrics, rehabilitation and medical offices located in Tillamook, Manzanita, Pacific City, Lincoln City, Vernonia, Banks, Sheridan, Estacada and Hoodland.

In 2014, Adventist Health Tillamook was named as The Joint Commission Top Performer on Key Quality Measures for pneumonia and surgical care. In addition, the medical center was awarded 12 national Excellence in Healthcare Awards from Professional Research Consultants. TRMC also expanded surgical services to include full time orthopedics, ENT, and urology.

In 2018, Adventist Health Tillamook had 1,839 admissions, 176 deliveries, 10,950 emergency visits and 85,437 outpatient visits. The medical center is staffed by more than 60 physicians, 550 employees and 100 volunteers.
