Paying for urgent care services in Portland

Adventist Health Portland’s urgent care clinics accept most health insurance plans. We are also happy to provide service on a cash basis, with office visit fees collected at the time of your visit.

Self-pay prices

The estimated cost for a provider visit can range from $42 to $100 for new or established patients and $73 to $168 for new patients. This estimate does not include any additional services you may have during your visit like X-rays, labs or vaccinations.

We expect to collect an estimation of the most likely charge, $110 at the time of service for a new patient or $75 at the time of service for established patients. Collection at the time of service is only an estimate. If your visit is less than the collected amount, we will refund the difference.

Health insurance accepted

We accept most health insurance plans. We also see patients with workers’ compensation claims. If you have a work-related injury, you must come into the clinic within 30 days of the date of your injury to be covered by workers’ compensation.
