You’re invited to attend this 90-minute class at no cost to you (and a family member or friend is welcome to join you). Presented by your nurse navigator, physical and occupational therapists, and orthopedic nurses, the class will help you understand what to expect before, during and after surgery, including:

• How to prepare for surgery, including pre-op exercises you can do
• What your hospital stay will be like
• What surgery involves
• What to expect during the rehabilitation process
• How to prepare your home
• Other tips and information to aid your recovery
