Our mission, vision and values are core to the daily operations of this organization. As a healthcare delivery system, our technology, quality and cost structures are in line with our values. The difference you will notice at Adventist Health is the culture of delivering care. Providing exceptional patient centered care through staff who are passionate about the mission of whole person care is what sets us apart from other providers. We believe that our ability to decrease anxiety and increase compliance, results in improved clinical outcomes and increased patient satisfaction.

Adventist Medical Center provides a major emphasis in: surgery, cardiology, oncology, neurosurgery, internal medicine, emergency services, mental health, orthopedics, obstetrics and wellness. Adventist Health also provides outpatient services in rehabilitation, laboratory, imaging, home care and hospice, in addition to operating more than 20 medical clinics throughout the metro area. Adventist Medical Center is a Community Value Five Star hospital based on the national Cleverly Associates Community Value Index (CVI). The CVI was created to provide a measure of the value that a hospital provides to its community and is composed of ten measures that assess a hospital's performance in 4 areas:

  • Financial viability and plan reinvestment
  • Hospital cost structure
  • Hospital charge structure
  • Hospital quality performance
