What to expect on our campus during COVID-19

You deserve to know you’re being kept as safe as possible during the coronavirus pandemic. We’ve taken many steps for your safety, but we don’t want these to take you by surprise when you arrive.

With that in mind, here is some information to help you navigate our medical center campus during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Checking in and entering buildings

Everyone who enters the main campus should plan on:

  • Wearing a mask: You may wear your own or one will be provided.
  • Completing a temperature and symptom screening at the door.

Laboratory patients: Check in at central registration, which is available inside the main medical center entrance and the Pavilion entrance.

Imaging patients: Check in at central registration, which is available inside the main medical center entrance and the Pavilion entrance.

Surgery and Family Birth Place patients: Check in at central registration, which is available inside the main medical center entrance and the Pavilion entrance.

Office visits: Head directly to your provider’s office to check in.

In order to make sure everyone who comes into our facilities is properly screened for COVID-19, we have limited which entrances are open. That may change where you want to park.

We have also color-coded our parking areas to make it easier for you to find the best place to park.

Blue Lot: Immediately in front of the Adventist Medical Center front entrance and medical tower

Nearest open entrance: Main hospital entrance

Orange Lot: Southwest of the Pavilion

Access from: 10123 SE Market Street or 10000 SE Main Street

  • Medical office visits in the Pavilion
  • Northwest Regional Heart & Vascular
  • Pharmacy
  • Pavilion laboratory
  • Pavilion registration
  • Pavilion imaging
  • Ozzie’s Deli and Gyros

Green Lot: Parking structure east of the Pavilion

Access from: 10000 SE Main Street or 10300 SE Main Street

Nearest open entrances: Main Pavilion entrance and emergency room (for ER and after-hours only). NOTE: The side entrance directly from the parking structure to the Pavilion is CLOSED. Additional handicapped spaces are being added to the Orange Lot, making sure you have close access to services like Radiation Oncology, Cardiology and Cardiac Rehab.

Open entrances

Only three entrances are open into the facilities on the main campus to ensure everyone who enters is screened appropriate. Plan ahead to choose the best entrance for your needs.

Main medical center/medical tower entrance: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Emergency room entrance: All hours for ER patients; 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. ONLY for after-hours hospital access
