Visits here or there, safe everywhere
Your care team can still see you safely — in our clinics or in the comfort and convenience of your home.
Your health can’t wait for this pandemic. We miss seeing you, and we want to be sure your health is getting the attention it deserves. That’s why we are taking a lot of extra care to make sure you can see your doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant safely and quickly, either in our clinics or in your home through virtual visits.
How we keep our clinics safe
Many people are worried about their health safety in public places, especially medical clinics and hospitals. Rest assured we are following evidence-based protocols to keep our facilities disinfected and protect you, other patients and our staff from infection.
Our safety measures include:
Separating patients who might have COVID-19: We screen incoming patients for COVID-19 symptoms before anyone comes inside. Patients with COVID-19 symptoms are taken to isolated areas of the clinic and kept separate from other patients, or treated through a virtual visit when possible.
Requiring masks: Everyone age 2 and older coming to our clinics should wear a surgical mask at all times, regardless of vaccination status.
Keeping physical distance: Clinic lobbies and other common areas are arranged to encourage physical distancing.
Cleaning and disinfecting: Exam rooms are cleaned between each patient visit, and common areas are cleaned multiple times each day.
Virtual visits at home
Home is where your heart is, and now it’s where your health is too. Our virtual visits bring your provider to you in the comfort of your own home. Fueled by easy-to-use technology, virtual visits let you have your visit online using your computer, phone or tablet.
Virtual visits are a great way to:
- Handle primary care issues
- Refill prescriptions
- Manage your chronic conditions
- Get screened for coronavirus (COVID-19)
Urgent care and specialists are also available for virtual visits.
