On this page you may make a recurring gift via payroll deduction, credit/debit card or direct debit from your bank account.

Recurring payroll deductions will occur with every pay period.

Recurring payments via credit/debit card or direct debit from your bank account may be set to occur monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Your card or bank statement will display “BBMS” (Blackbaud Merchant Services).

Once you've made your gift or pledge, please download the thank-you gift order form, fill it out, and return to the Foundation via interoffice mail, fax to 503-261-6089, or scan-and-email to nwregiongifts@ah.org.
