PRINCIPAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Follows direction from Employee Health Nurse to take temperatures of those at entry to the facility along with completion of screening questions.
  • Provides instruction developed by Employee Health Nurse as to next steps if individual fails to meet criteria for entry.
  • Protects individual confidentiality as prescribed by Adventist Health following local, state and federal mandates.
  • Documents information as appropriate and required by Public Health ensuring confidentiality.
  • Reports to Employee Health any concerns regarding process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
  • Confidentiality training along with form completion: Required
  • Adheres to the Adventist Health Mission, Vision and Values statements. Complies with behavioral standards, policies, procedures and handbooks established by the
  • organization and their respective ministries. Abides by the guiding principles of the Code of Conduct.
