What is the Patient & Family Advisory Council?

The Patient & Family Advisory Council is a partnership of patient and family member advisors and Adventist Health representatives who are dedicated to advancing patient- and family-centered health care. The council will meet during a catered lunch once per quarter in a conference room at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial
(and that’s EASY!)

What is the purpose of this group?

Advisory Council Members will have an active role in improving patients’ and families’ care experience by:

  • Identifying opportunities
  • Gathering and providing feedback and perspective on topics related to patient- and family-centered health care, such as services, care, activities, health plans, and programs.

Why should I join?

As an Advisory Council member, you will have the power to affect the lives of thousands of patients. In 2017, Adventist Health Lodi Memorial provided:

  • 50,460 emergency department visits
  • 1,082 births
  • 4,677 surgical visits and procedures
  • 142,591 medical office visits
  • 9,029 inpatient visits

…and much more!

By providing feedback you will give the hospital team information to help these patients receive the best care in every interaction.
