Infant Security

Security measures in the Maternity Center include:

  • A security tag placed on your baby that will activate an alarm system if anyone attempts to take an infant out of the area.
  • Bands with matching numbers that are placed on you and your baby.

In addition to these security measures, babies who are in stable condition stay with their mothers at all times and all staff will introduce themselves as they take responsibility for your care. They will always wear their employee ID badge in clear view.
