Michael Chitgian​Michael Chitgian
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident
Michael Chitgian was born in Northridge California. Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience at the University of California, Riverside and received his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. On his free time Michael enjoys watching Laker games, spending time with family, and attending live concerts and shows. Michael hopes that through this residency he builds a solid foundation in the Adventist Health family and uses his clinical knowledge to help the community thrive.

Donna Chong​​Donna Chong
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident

Donna Chong was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Loma Linda University. Her clinical interests include critical care and infectious disease. Upon completion of her residency, Donna looks forwards to working as an inpatient pharmacist while pursuing additional BPS board certification and continuing to educate the future of pharmacy students. In her free time, Donna enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, exploring new restaurants and spending time with family and friends.

Jonathan EcheverriJonathan Echeverri
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident

Jonathan Echeverri was born and raised in Pasadena, California. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from California State University, Los Angeles and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Keck Graduate Institute School of Pharmacy. His clinical interests include critical care, transitions of care and informatics. Following residency, Jonathan looks forward to working as a clinical pharmacist where he can precept students and develop his clinical knowledge. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys camping, snowboarding, scuba diving and spending time with family and friends.

Acute Care Pharmacy Resident

Michael Hsiao was born and raised in Southern California. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from California State University, Northridge and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. His clinical interest include infectious disease, critical care, and emergency medicine. Following residency, Michael looks forward to working as a clinical pharmacist while contributing to the mentorship of the next generation of pharmacists. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing and watching basketball, traveling, and being a girl dad.

Mary Ovakyan​​Mary Ovakyan
Community Pharmacy Resident

Mary Ovakyan was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health from California State University, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California. Her clinical interests include transitions of care, ambulatory care, and cardiology. Upon completion of her residency, Mary plans to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist and student preceptor. In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and hiking.
