Gore Badikyan
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident
Gore Badikyan was born and raised in Burbank, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy. His clinical interests include infectious diseases and administrative services. Upon completion of his residency, Gore plans to pursue board certification as a pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS) and become a preceptor to students. In his free time, Gore enjoys trying new foods and restaurants and exercising by playing tennis and going to the gym.
Alenoush Avakian
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident
Alenoush Avakian was born and raised in Glendale, California. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy. Her clinical interests include infectious disease and oncology. Upon completing her residency, Alenoush looks forward to working as a clinical pharmacist and precepting pharmacy students. Alenoush enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her dog in her free time.
Steven Nguyen
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident
Steven Nguyen was born and raised in Irvine, California. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Western University of Health Sciences. His clinical interests include infectious disease. Upon completing his residency, he plans to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist and precept pharmacy students. His interests outside of pharmacy include video games, music, and tennis.
Lyle Patrick Ureta
Acute Care Pharmacy Resident
Lyle Patrick Ureta was raised in Placentia, California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry from the University of San Francisco and his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California. His clinical interests include infectious disease and critical care. Upon completing his residency, he plans to obtain BPS certification and pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist and preceptor to pharmacy students. In his free time, Lyle enjoys basketball, trying new foods, and spending time with his friends and family.
Lev Youssefian
Community Pharmacy Resident
Lev Youssefian was born and raised in La Crescenta, California. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University, Northridge, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. His clinical interests include psychiatry, infectious disease, and ambulatory care services. Upon completing his residency, Lev looks forward to working as a clinical pharmacist and obtaining the Advanced Practice Pharmacist License. Outside of pharmacy, Lev enjoys watching sports and being a part-time owner of the Green Bay Packers.
Jemma Sargsyan
Community Pharmacy Resident
Jemma Sargsyan was born and raised in Yerevan, Armenia. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from California State University, Northridge, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. Her clinical interests include ambulatory care services and transitions of care. Upon completion of residency, Jemma plans to work as a clinical pharmacist and precept pharmacy students. Jemma enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family in her free time.
