We know you've come to Adventist Health Glendale to get better. Patient Financial Services is here to make the billing process as easy as possible.
Patient Financial Services is made up of several departments: admitting, registration and the patient business office, which is responsible for all billing and collections.
When you register, we will record all financial transactions related to your care in your account. If you have given us insurance information, our Patient Business Office will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf and will keep you informed of the outcome.

It is important to remember that most doctors are independent practitioners, not medical center employees or agents. This means that they will bill you and/or your insurance company separately. You will receive their bill separate from the medical center.

If you can't pay part of your bill, please contact our Customer Service Department at (818) 409-8200. We will review your financial situation to determine if you are eligible for financial assistance.
