Fitness & Wellness Programs
The Fitness and Wellness Programs at the Therapy
& Wellness Center address the spectrum of health as defined
by the World Health Organization (WHO). Wellness is defined as "a
state of complete mental, physical and social well-being, not
merely the absence of disease or infirmity." The programs allow
participants an opportunity to improve their overall health and
well-being in a structured and friendly setting.
