Compassion in Action – Crisis in Armeniababy being treated with an oxygen mask

Help Support Armenia at a Critical Time

Since 2015, Adventist Health Glendale has visited Armenia on an annual medical mission to provide life changing healthcare and training. This year, with a global pandemic, we suspended plans to visit. But now the region faces a different kind of crisis.

Azerbaijan, once again, is attacking the people of Armenia on the borders of Artsakh and its capital, Stepanakert. On the very week we would have been serving in that region, our brothers and sisters are fighting for their lives and their freedom.

So many of our associates and neighbors have ties to Armenia; I recognize this heartbreaking conflict is personal to you.

The people of Armenia need our help. Please join me in making a contribution which will help us purchase and send surgical, medical, trauma and burn supplies and medications to the affected region. Time is of the essence; we need to raise funds this week to deliver these supplies and resources, which will be distributed by the Armenia Fund, as quickly as possible. To donate, click on the orange “Donate!” button at the top of the page.

Your past support of Mission Armenia has been essential and your continued support this year, through this fundraiser, is absolutely critical. This is a time to give generously because lives are at stake. The hospital will be doing its share in contributing funds and supplies.

Please keep the people of Armenia in your prayers. I am incredibly grateful for your endless support.
