Learn how to make your home safe for your baby, what to do if your baby chokes, and Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques for infants and small children.

This class is designed for parents, guardians, grandparents, and other non-professional providers of childcare. The class does not provide professional certification. (Professional providers of childcare should attend a Heartsaver CPR class to obtain an American Heart Association certification card.) The class will cover:

Safe Baby; safe sleep, car seats
Choking/suffocation
Poison Patrol
Burn Hazards
Drowning Prevention
Preventing falls
Fire Safety
