Inspire Health Center in Roseville, CA

When the Inspire Health Center opens Monday, July 29, 2019, Jeff Egler, MD, and Erin Skinner, MS, RD, IFNCP, will be the two care providers. With an initially small staff, the focus of care will be Employee Health Plan members who need help managing their chronic care needs such as hypertension, diabetes, etc., and acute/urgent/sick care.

Dr. EglerDr. Egler is the center’s medical director and care provider. He is board-certified with the American Board of Family Medicine, has a master’s degree in spiritual psychology and will soon be certified in functional medicine by the Institute of Functional Medicine. Dr. Egler will focus on understanding the values, health priorities and challenges of his patients to influence their overall well-being.

Erin SkinnerErin is a functional registered dietitian nutritionist who will provide nutrition-based care focused on building health by restoring proper physiological functioning of the body. She will guide patients through a process of analyzing what they take in and assessing how it affects how they feel and function every day. Then she can show patients where to make changes so they feel and function even better.

Initially, Employee Health Plan members will need to request appointments through the Adventist Health Patient Portal. Spouses and dependent children on the health plan (ages 18 and older) can call to request an invitation to the portal now. Beginning August 12, 2019, we will be scheduling appointments by phone for dependents ages 17 and younger. The phone number is (916) 406-0177.

We have parking spaces designated for family members who have appointments at the Inspire Health Center. The easiest way to find it is by entering the campus from Stone Point Drive and following the signs for Visitor Parking and the Health Center.
