Shane Tipton, FNP, PA-C, MS is a family practice trained practitioner who has over 15 years of experience in the medical oncology/hematology arena.

Shane earned his Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant degrees through the University of California Davis School of Family and Community Medicine in 2004. He completed his Master’s Degree in Advanced Clinical Studies from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008.

    While Shane Tipton has plenty of initials following his name, none is an "M.D." Nevertheless, I have full confidence in him that he has an accomplished level of oncology expertise, and his chosen course of action to monitor me every six months as I navigate through remission. When given a choice to remain with Shane or be re-assigned to a newly arrived medical oncologist, I chose to stay put.
