Provider not even review my chart before seeing me or during the visit. Offer zero emphaty for the devastating complication I encounter after the surgery.

Dr. Cyran worked with me to make the best possible solution to my knee problem. She is a patient doctor who listens to my view & explains to me my options. I feel very comfortable in her care.

This physician did a previous surgery on me and that went. I had confidence in the physicians work and that is the reason I choose this physician for my knee surgery. However, I do not feel the same. I had my surgery in. I'm still in pain. I have seen the physician at least 4 times since my surgery complaining of the same thing. The physician had not offered any real solutions for me. At this last visit, the physician finally said she was gonna ask a collogue for a second opinion. I am extremely frustrated and depressed about this situation. I feel helpless. I have lost confidence.
