Dr. Munir ordered labs and echocardiogram my first visit. And decided to not follow the recommendation from the Queen's ER to do a zio patch. She looked at my labs and said I need to see my new PCP to help me with my high blood sugar levels, high triglycerides and adjust my thyroid medications.

I prefer Doctor's approach of resolving cardiac risk by life style changes ( especially food choices and scale of intake) rather than RX !!.. It properly places responsibility for day-to-day health and healthy choices with the patient>
